The condo is in very nice condition although it doesn’t have the same upgraded/updated feel of some of the more recent sales of similar units. Whereas some of the recent sales have enjoyed hardwood floors and new carpet, this home has tile floors and less customization. What it lacks in that department, it makes up for in location.
