If you’re a home buyer looking for a 3 bedroom home in the gated community of Three Sixty this is an ideal time with an abundance of homes on the market ranging from studio condos to 4 bedroom townhomes.  5331 Ocean #106 is the third 3 bedroom to hit the market in the past 10 days.
