Top Floor One Bedroom Condo Sells after 90 Days on Market

Congrats to buyers and sellers alike on this one. The rare top floor condo suffered a bit from a market slow down but just closed at $825,000. The home was originally listed at $950,000 (which we thought was well above value at the time) and after a series of price reductions just closed escrow. The top floor units are always at a premium but the original number of $950,000 seeemed WAY out of line given the previous top floor one bedrooms sold at $760,000 and $775,000. That said we think that the seller ended up with a solid price given the market.

The home was listed by Michelle Zabukovec of Redfin Corporation.

The single level condo offered a top floor location (nobody above, a bit of a neighborhood view and a larger deck) with approximately, 1,326 square feet. The home appears to be in nice condition with some upgrades that include quartz counterops in the kitchen, stainless appliances, dark laminate flooring and more.
