There were 65 homes sold compered with 38 closed sales in 2016 in Three Sixty with a median price of $808,000 compared with a $745,000 for 2016. The least expensive home of the year was a one bedroom (legally a studio) in The Flats selling for $525,000 with the highest sale f the year being a detached 4 bedroom in the Terraces closing at $1,260,000.
