Welcome to the real estate recap for November in Hollyglen and Del Aire HawthorneHawthorne-flipped-homes

It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.  There were 4 on market home sales during the month which was a big drop from the 10 sales in October.

The average “list” price was $1,074,225 and the average sales price was $1,072,500 which was a decline from  $1,115,400 in October.

One of the 4 homes that sold was a 2 bedroom “Flats” condo in Three Sixty located at 13019 Park Place #202 that sold for $1,013,000 and another was a 3 bedroom unit in the nearby gated community of Fusion South Bay that sold for $1,029,000.

$806 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged  37 days on market before going into escrow.

11 Homes Sold in Hollyglen and Del Aire in September

Take a look below at the homes that sold in the Hollyglen & Del Aire neighborhoods of Hawthorne during the month of September 2022.  The biggest home sale of the month was, not surprisingly, in the gated community of Three Sixty.  It was a 4 bedroom freestanding terrace home at 5240 Pacific Terrace that sold for an amazing $1,650,000.

There were 11 property sales during the month with an average asking price of $1,223,000 and an average sales price of $1,205,455 meaning that homes generally sold below the list price.

One of the aspectst that makes the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay so sought after is the fact that it’s in theHollyglen Homes for Sale neighborhood of Hollyglen and serviced by the award winning Wiseburn School District.  On that note it’s great to see what the rest of the Hollyglen/Del Aire real estate market is doing.  It was a great month for the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire in the South Bay city of Hawthorne CA.   There were 13 closed sales during the month compared with 12 in March.

The average “asking” price was $1,107,615 with a median “sold” price of $1,182,154 meaning that most homes sold WAY above the asking price.

The median price per foot was $868.

Two of the sales were in  Three Sixty.  One was a smaller 2 bedroom condo in The Flats that sold for an incredible $1,065,000 (timing is everything as that would likely not have been the case now with 5 two bedroom condos currently for sale) and the other was a rare 2 bedroom in the Lofts located at 5550 Boardwalk #104 that closed at $1,080,000.
