It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for. There were 4 on market home sales during the month which was a big drop from the 10 sales in October.
The average “list” price was $1,074,225 and the average sales price was $1,072,500 which was a decline from $1,115,400 in October.
One of the 4 homes that sold was a 2 bedroom “Flats” condo in Three Sixty located at 13019 Park Place #202 that sold for $1,013,000 and another was a 3 bedroom unit in the nearby gated community of Fusion South Bay that sold for $1,029,000.
$806 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged 37 days on market before going into escrow.
