Well That Didn’t Take Long – Coming Soon 2 Bedroom Townhome at 5449 Strand Goes Into Escrow Before Hitting the Market

The latest “coming soon” listing was set to hit the market in the first week of May but that certainly appears to have changed!  It had been listed as a coming soon listing meaning it was too early for showings but that didn’t appear to slow the enthusiasm for this upcoming listing as it’s now in escrow.  This was a residence 1 floorplan in the Row which offered 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  We just recently represented the buyer next door at 5449 Strand #103 which closed escrow at $875,000 after being listed at $865,000.  We’re going to assume this newest listing sold for their full asking price of $895,000 or even higher.  Visit our Three Sixty South Bay recent home sales page for updated info on the latest sales and escrows.

New 3 Bedroom Townhome in The Courts for Sale Likely Won’t Last Long

As I’ve posted several times in recent weeks and months, there have been no homes for sale in 360.  That’s finally changed with the new listing at 13220 Central #102.  This is a very  nice plan 2 floorplan in the Court on the highly desirable south side of the community (no road noise).  Listed at $935,000 it’s likely it won’t last too long on the market. The last sale of a residence to was at 12822 Manhattan Unit#102 which sold for $940,000 in January. That was a more upgraded unit, but not as desirable a location. Prior to that the home at 5545 Ocean # 102 sold at $925,000 in September of 2019. If you would like more information on this home or would like to schedule a look please contact us.
