reported back when this was listed that it would be in interesting test as to where the market could go. At the time it was priced well above the previous sale of the same layout. Not only did it not struggle with the list price, but actually sold well above the list price. The home closed escrow at a VERY impressive $1,180,000. The previous sale 5440 Pacific Terrace was priced at $1,o25,000 and wasn’t as nice….but was in a better location. The home at 5351 Ocean sold at a pretty stunning $1,180,000. The home was beautifully updated and upgraded, however, and really has a different look and feel than the original builds. The plan 2 is a popular layout as it has 3 bedrooms each with it’s own bath….and one of them is on the ground floor. The second floor offers all of the living spaces and as there are no bedrooms on this level the room is expansive.
top floor condo in The Flats. It was priced at $950,000 which was about right for a 4th floor unit with a larger floorplan and it ust closed at $1,030,000. This is the first single level condo that we’re aware of topping the $1.0M mark.
