In more good news for home buyers looking in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay there is another new listing just hitting the market.  This latest singl level condo is a residence 2 floorplan in the Flats located at 13028 Central Avenue # 201 priced at $1,025,000.**    6 months ago we would have said the list price of $1,025,000 was unheard of for a 2nd floor unit but given the abundance of recent record breaking sales this may now be very appropriately priced and likely to sell quickly.

This condo offers some original upgrades including dark hardwood floors, updated paint, granite counters and a custom closet.  As with all of the homes and condos in Three Sixty the home enjoys air conditioning and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.

Studio/1 Bedroom Conversion Condo “Coming Soon” in Three Sixty

Set to hit the market later this week is a fairly rare studio/one bedroom conversion single level condo in The Flats.  This is a residence 1 floorplan with almost 900 square feet located at 5540 Strand #201.  This was a very interesting layout when originally constructed as the builder ALMOST made the bedroom a completely separate area and many owners later completed the task.  Some have put in a slider wall and in this case a 3/4 wall separating it but not completely.  It’s a nice sized unit and really does feel more like a 1 bedroom than what you would think of as a “studio”.  Listed at $875,000 the condo last sold less than a year ago for $672,554 which was a big number at the time, but the market has jumped significantly even since then.

There were 2 home sales in the community of 360 South Bay during February 2022 and one was a fairly rare unit in the Lofts.  5550

 

Boardwalk #105 was listed at $775,000 and sold at full price.

The builder only developed one building known as the “lofts” which makes it rare with a very unique layout and configuration.  The loft style makes for a dramatic livingroom with high ceilings and great light.  Some of the other highlights of this type home is that it offers a very large outdoor deck/patio and loft bedroom is very bright and spacious (and open).

Another New Record Set – Top Floor Flats Condo Tops the $1.0M Mark!

Just when you think the real estate market in Three Sixty can’t get any crazier……another record sale happens.  5440 Strand was a 2 bedroom top floor condo in The Flats.  It was priced at $950,000 which was about right for a 4th floor unit with a larger floorplan and it ust closed at $1,030,000.  This is the first single level condo that we’re aware of topping the $1.0M mark.

This rarer floorplan featured 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and over 1,500 square feet. The top floor location means nobody above and nice city views and larger than normal balcony which always makes top floor condos highly sought after.

We’ll have to see what record is broken next!
