Waiting for New Listings to Hit the Market? You’re Not the Only One
There’s low inventory….and then there’s historically low housing inventory. The demand for homes in the South Bay, and especially in the gated community of 360 certainly hasn’t diminished but the inventory definitely has. Three Sixty currently has no active and available homes for sale, nearby Redondo Beach has 18 active homes compared with 58 last December, there are 6 homes for sale in El Segundo compared with 11 last December, and 36 active MLS listings in Torrance compared with 67 last December.

Hawthorne Real Estate – November 2021 By the Numbers
November was a great month for real estate in the South Bay city of Hawthorne CA. There were 32 properties that closed during the month compared with 34 in November 2020. Homes averaged only 22 days on market before going into escrow and sold at a median price of $823,000. View all of the homes that sold in Hawthorne during November or search the active MLS listings and current Hawthorne homes for sale. Only 2 of the homes that closed in November were in Three Sixty South Bay but not surprisingly the top price of the month was in the gated community.
Three Sixty Home Update……And Then There Were None
We would love to tell you about all of the new listings and opportunities in the gated community of Three Sixty…….but unfortunately for buyers eager to find a home in 360, the news isn’t so good. As of 12/18/21 there are no homes active for sale in the gated community. There had been a few that hit the market that were priced at record numbers which we thought might sit for a bit, but that hasn’t proven to be the case. In addition there are no current active listings. We’ve been talking with several sellers so hopefully we’ll have some new listings to tell you about in the near future. It seems that no price is too high at the moment.
