Of the 16 homes that sold 3 were in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay (highlighted in orange below) Especially impressive was the sale of 12921 Union #107 which was a 4 bedroom townhome that closed at an unheard of $1,400,000.
The average “list” price was $914,837 with the average sold price at $900,538 meaning homes generally sold below the list price.
The average price per foot was $601 with the average days on market 66 and rising.
