April was a busy month for home sales in the gated community of Three Sixty with 3 homes closing escrow during the month.  12823 Manhattan Court #103, which was a 2 bed 2 bath townhome in the Row sold off market at $975,000.  5552 Coral Dr #102 was a 2 bed 3 bath townhome that closed at $1,125,000 and 12921 Mission Ave #108 was another 2 bedroom 3 bath townhome that closed at $1,150,000.  To see the current homes for sale in Three Sixty click here.

We don’t have much information on this home other than it last sold in 2021 for $875,000.  From the limited information we have it appeared to be in fairly nice condition.

Top floor condos in Three Sixty are usually highly sought after so it’s always a surprise when one stays on the market for an extended amount of time.  That’s the case with the 1 bedroom condo at 12920 Central #401.   The condo has been on the market for just about 3 months, which in a normal market, wouldn’t be that unusual…..in Three Sixty that’s quite a while.  The home was originally listed at $875,000 and had a few price reductions.  They just lowered it to $825,000.  In our opinion….that’s going to do the trick.

The last top floor one bedroom condo to sell also took a while and it closed in November 0f 2023 for $840,000.   At $825,000 we think this is is now priced well for what it is.

Unit #401 has some nice updates including engineered hardwood floors, rich dark cabinetry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and more.  With approximately 1,160 square feet, the home is very spacious for a one bedroom meaning all spaces including kitchen, dining, living and bedroom are large.

One of the recent listings and now recent sales in the gated community of Three Sixty was a 3 bedroom “Terrace” home.  The Terraces are the single family style home with now shared walls so the live more like a traditional home.

5224 Pacific Terrace in Three Sixty was listed by Rob McGarry of Vista Sotheby’s International Realty

The home was a 3 bedroom residence 1 floorplan which is the smallest of the Terrace floorplans.  The home was listed for $1,400,000 and sold for full price which was impressive indeed.
