This home is listed by Matthew Barry of Keller Williams Hollywood.
The home is located on the western end of Strand making it a bit quieter than other homes on the street. The unit faces the interior of the community so it’s not impacted much by El Segundo Blvd traffic noise.

The latest listing in the gated community of Three Sixty is a fairly rare top floor single level, 1 bedroom residence 4 layout in the “Flats” priced at $799,950. The buildings in the Flats all enjoy private garages and each has an elevator making it ideal for anyone hoping to avoid interior stairs.
This home is listed by Robert Clyde Walatka & Sue Murphy of Keller Williams South Bay.
The home is spacious for a 1 bedroom almost matching the square footage of some of the 2 bedroom units. Original design choices in this condo are pretty bold with dark tile floors and dark countertops. While it might not be to everyones taste, the home is very clean and in turn key condition.
The kitchen is open to the living and dining areas and features stainless appliances, white shaker cabinetry and stone counters. This layout offers a breakfast bar which adds flexibilty for space if a dining table isn’t needed.
In addition to having nobody above you, the top floor location also means a larger than normal balcony offering a healthy amount of outdoor space to enjoy the views and breezes.
The home is owned by the original buyer who bought from the builder in 2013. In our opinion (we are not the listing agents) the home is priced well. One bedrooms are rare and the last sale was 12920 Central Avenue Unit#401 which sold for $775,000. That should have sold well higher than that but it didn’t show all that well (definitely not staged) and was a bit hard to get in for a look.

The Hawthorne real estate market was alive and well once again in October. There were 18 homes that closed escrow compared with a busy 22 in September.
The average list pricefor the homes that sold was $912,144 with the average sale price at $902,061. This was a drop from September’s $949,167 average price.
$676 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged a fairly lengthy 71 days on market before going into escrow.
Unfortunately none of the home sales were located in the gated community of Three Sixty at South Bay although 6 of the homes were in the Hollyglen/Del Aire neighborhoods of Hawthorne.
