Well if we needed any indication that the housing market in 360 South Bay continues to be on fire the recent pending sale at 12822 Manhattan Court is a pretty good indicator. Going into escrow after just 3 days on the market the home was priced in the higher range for a 2 bedroom “court” home located on the north side of the complex. Listed with Holly Danna of Douglas Elliman this home sold almost immediately and is an impressive indication of the high demand in this great community..

There are hot real estate market and then there is 360 South Bay. With a seemingly endless homebuyer demand for homes in this gated community and a very limited inventory, the real estate market in 360 South Bay continues to astound. Currently there is only one active home for sale with 8 homes currently in escrow. The latest home to go into escrow had multiple offers and eventually had to put a halt to showings the demand was so great. Sudden Uptick in Homes on the market in 360 South Bay
The housing market in Three Sixty South Bay has been anything but slow. Each new listing seems to sell quickly and
the values of certainly floorplans and styles seem to increase dramatically with each sale. Most new listings in this gated community sell quickly and often at record setting prices. With the continual demand over the past 2 years there are rarely homes that last very long.
At the moment, however, there are 7 active homes for sale which is certainly more than usual. The question is whether this uptick in housing inventory will slow the market at all.

June 2017 Home Sales and Prices in 360 South Bay
June 2017 was a big month for home sales in Hawthorne and Hollyglen with a very healthy number of homes selling. Hawthorne saw 45 homes selling at a median home price of $592,000. Three Sixty at South Bay saw 3 home sales with a median price of $731,500. The three sales were quite a variety with one home being a one bedroom condo in the Flats, a 2 bedroom townhome in the Courts and a 4 bedroom single family in the Terraces.
