One of the newest listings on the market in 360 is a plan 2 layout in the Court townhomes. This will be a real test to see just how crazy the market has gotten as this is priced considerably higher than even the last sale of a Court plan 2….and that was record setting. The last one that was on the market at 5440 Pacific Terrace was priced at $1,o25,000 and wasn’t as nice….but was in a better location. The home at 5351 Ocean is priced at a pretty stunning $1,150,000. The home has been beautifully updated and upgraded, however, and really has a different look and feel than the original builds.
