While we’re not entirely sure of the reason, this 3 bedroom townhome in the Row was pulled off of the market for a few days to come back on the market shortly thereafter.
The home is in great condition but the real challenge seems to be the location as it’s the furthest home to the north in this section of the community which puts it up right next to El Segundo Blvd which is a fairly busy and loud street. With AC and all of the windows closed it’s not overly noticeable from the inside but it’s pretty hard not to know it’s right there. They have lowered the price once from $1,340,000 to $1,315,000 but given the location it’s still too high in our opinion.
