Homes averaged $667 per square foot which was down from $750 in January but that was an unusually high number. Average days on market jumped up 54 which is the most amount of time sitting on the market that we’ve seen in a while.
None of the homes were in the gated community of Three Sixty, but one was in the gated community of Fusion South Bay, and one in the gated community of Parkside Village.
