Listed at $979,000 (which was well underpriced in our opinion….guess we were right) sold at $1,100,000 whichg ties the all time record for a 2 bedroom condo not on the top floor. The record had been held by 12915 Park Place Unit#301 which was a smaller unit and we’re still just not sure how or why it sold that high back in 2022.
