With the official active status of  the Flats 2 bedroom condo at 13032 Union #302 we officially have something for sale in Three Sixty.  This new listing, along with a coming soon home in the Terraces, are both priced to well exceed the previous price records for these layouts but with the unceasing demand they just might get close.

This may be the nicest condo we’ve ever seen in Three Sixty and we’ve been selling homes in there for a long time.  It appears that just about every surface has been updated and upgraded and it’s absolutely stunning.  They’ve priced it at $960,000 which will be far and away an all time record for a residence 3 floorplan in the Flats.    The last three of this floorplan sold for $852,000, $820,000 and $830,000.  This one really is special but that price will be a milestone to say the least.

As with all of the homes in Three Sixty this townhome offered air conditioning, has the incredible community amenities and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
