How Did Home Sales in Three Sixty Compare with Prior Years
Welcome to the 2023 year end recap for the real estate market in the gated community of Three Sixty. 2023 ended up as a VERY slow year for the number of homes that sold with only 13 closed sales during the year. Compare that to 29 in 2022 or the peak year of 2017 with 65 sold homes and you can see just how slow it was.
That said it was still a great year for sellers with home prices near peak levels. The average sold price was $1,094,846 which was just slightly off of the 2022 numbers. Homes stayed on the market a bit longer as well with a few of the homes that sold at the end of the year sitting on the market for a while skewing the overall numbers.
