The latest home sale in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay was a relatively rare top floor larger 2 bedroom condo. The condo sold for almost full price after just 2 weeks on the market.

12920 Central #402 is a top floor unit which, in our opinion, was priced very well. In addition to nobody above, it offered a larger balcony than the same units on the 2nd and 3rd floors which is especially nice to take advantage of the city views with the elevated location. This is one of the largest layouts in the “Flats” with almost 1,600 square feet on one level. The Flats condos are all single level and unlike most condos, each unit has a private (obviously detached and on the first floor) garage for cars or storage.
#402 had some nice upgrades including a beautiful and open kitchen with large island, stainless steel appliances and granite counters, which opens to the living and dining rooms and flows out onto the large balcony.
