Hollyglens Other Gated Community – New Listing in Fusion South Bay

While our site is primarily dedicated to the homes, townhomes and condos of Three Sixty at South Bay, we often have buyers that are interested in newer construction, gated communities and great locations and nearby Fusion South Bay also fits that description.  It is a different real estate market with far fewer homes both built and that become available, but as prices are usually significantly less expensive it’s a great option.  The latest townhome to hit the Fusion real estate market is a D floorplan which is the middle range of the 2 bedrooms in terms of square footage.  The D layout offers a nice living level with a good sized living room, dining area and larger kitchen with center island.    It’s a popular layout with the only drawbacks being that this layout has a smaller balcony and the guest bedroom does not have a bath on the same level.  Priced at $819,000 this will definitely be a test to see just where the market has come in the last 6 months with the last three sales of D unts being at $795,000, $740,000 and $755,000.
