There was just about something for everyone ranging from a studio/one bedroom at 13126 Union that closed at $775,000, several condos in the flats and a 3 bedroom townhome at 132200 Central that closed escrow at $1,150,000. It seems that almost every day over the course of the last week there has been a new listing coming on the real estate market in Three Sixty South Bay. That’s great news for buyers!
The latest addition to the market is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath residence 5* floorplan in the Flats. This single level condo is one of the larger layouts in the Flats and offers a beautiful open floorplan. The owner has done a very nice job in giving the home a very nice coastal luxury feel with lots of white contrasting with the wood floors, granite and stainless appliances.
What makes this one a bit special is that it overlooks the playground/park area and is not directly overlooking any streets or directly at another building. The balcony is a bit odd with the rare arched overhang but the unit still seems to get plenty of light.

It’s been an unusual 10 days in Three Sixty with the usual very few homes available situation almost instantaneously turning
into an abundance.
Good news for buyers and bad news for the sellers……
In the span of just about a week there were four 2 bedroom single level condos in the Flats for sale at the same time as well as a studio/1 bedroom and a 3 bedroom townhome. As of yesterday one of the condos went pending as well as the 3 bedroom townhome in the Courts. The Courts escrow wasn’t surpising as it was the only townhome and only 3 bedroom on the market so it wasn’t really competing with the others.
The two homes that just went pending were the 3 bedroom townhome located at 13220 Central Avenue Unit#102 which was priced at $1,175,000 and one of the 5 condos. That home was a fairly rare “Residence 2” layout located at 13126 Union Ave # 202, which was listed at $925,000.

As of 5/11/22 there are 6 homes on the market in the gated community of Three Sixty! That’s pretty astounding as it’s been rare over the last
2 years to see more than 1 or 2 homes for sale at a time….and they generally sell very quickly. Of the 6 homes currently on the market 5 are single level condos in the buildings known as The Flats while the other is a 3 level townhome in the Courts. With no active listings as of 11/23 (4 homes are currently in escrow) it’s great to see a new home heading to the market. Coming soon is a

This may be the nicest condo we’ve seen in the community and we’ve been selling homes in there for a long time. It appears that just about every surface has been updated and upgraded and it’s absolutely stunning. They’ve priced it at $960,000 which will be far and away an all time record for a residence 3 floorplan in the Flats. The last three of this floorplan sold for $852,000, $820,000 and $830,000. This one really is special but that price will be a milestone to say the least.
As with all of the homes in Three Sixty this townhome offered air conditioning, has the incredible community amenities and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.
