Needless to say home sellers are interested in maximizing the sales price of their home while minimizing costs. Home staging is one of those potential costs and many sellers question whether it’s worth it.
The answer depends on the situation as many home owners have their home looking like it’s staged so hiring a professional stager isn’t necessary. In most cases it’s definitely worth it. From far more compelling photos to creating a real sense of home when a buyer walks through, it can mean the difference between selling or not and can make a big difference in price. Most of the time you’ll get far more in sales price than spent on staging. Staging has been proven to sell a home for more money….in less time. Although staging is not for every home, I will guide you through the decision of choosing staging vendors or virtual staging.
Staging can serve a number of purposes…..it can make small spaces look larger, it can “depersonalize” the house so that buyers can envision it being “their” home and not someone elses, it can create inviting spaces and removes some of the clutter we all have in our lives.

As we have many buyers reach out to us about the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay, some are either priced out or just can’t find anything large enough in their price range…..one great alternative is the gated community of Parkside Village. All of the homes have some outdoor yard space off of the first floor. The community is located very close to SpaceX, Intuit Dome and So Fi Stadium in a booming area of northeast Hawthorne.
As the homes are fairly new they generally have the bells and whistles of new construction including granite countertops, central air and heat, recessed lighting, open layouts and newer finishes.

The community amenities include gated entry with intercom and directory entry, a very nice clubhouse, outdoor exercise stations, small playground and a beautiful pool area. As of 2025 HOA fees are quite low at approximately $253 a month.
