It’s The Week of the Terrace Listings!

We haven’t seen a Terrace single family style (no shared walls) home hit the market in a while and now there’s two in the same week and both are pushing for record sales prices.  As just about every sale lately has been a new record or pretty close, it wouldn’t be surprising to see these sell fairly close to their list prices.  The latest home to hit offers 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and approximately 2,187 square feet on 3 levels.    As with most of the Terrace units the first floor features the  living areas including the open concept kitchen, living room and dining areas.  Sliding doors open to the patio.   2nd level features 4 bedrooms.  Top floor has a huge loft area perfect for just about any lifestyle and can be used as an entertainment room, office and even a spare room when needed (no bathrooom however).
