What a year it’s been with a steady number of homes hitting the market in 2025 in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay.  This latest townhome for sale is the 18th home to hit the market this year.    Compare that to only 16 home sales in Three Sixty in ALL of 2024!

This latest listing is a larger “Residence 3” townhome in the “Row” listed for $1,400,000. This layout is always popular for several reasons.  First and foremost it’s one of the largest townhome layouts with over 2,100 square feet on three levels.  The living room area is very large with an open concept and soaring ceilings making it feel even larger.  Lastly the plan 3 has 2 spacious outdoor decks and patios which is very unlike the residence 1 and 2 layouts with very small (and not very private) patios.

The layout is unique with all three bedrooms on different levels.  Pretty ideal for roomates or for long term visitors but a bit tough with younger kids as the 3 levels are pretty separated.  The first level features a suite with it’s own entry making it ideal for extended family or roomates.  The second level features the spacious living, dining and kitchen along with a large deck, one of three bedrooms and laundry.  The top level features the thirs suite along with a fairly large open loft area ideal for a home office or even a nursery.

As there are currently (as of 5/29) no interior photos the condition of the interior isn’t clear.  When we get in for a look, or if photos are added, we will update our comments.

The sellers appear to be the original owners as the home last sold in 2014 for $854,000 directly from the builder.

Three Sixty A Big Part of Hollyglen Home Sales in February

Welcome to the real estate recap for February 2025 in Hollyglen and Del AireTownhomes at 5447 Strand in Three Sixty at South Bay Hawthorne

Three Sixty South Bay home sales played a big role in the homes that sold last month.   There were 7 homes sold in Hollyglen and Del Aire in February and 3 of them were in Three Sixty.

The average “list” price was $1,050,557 and the average sales price was $1,070,571 which was fairly consistent with recent months.

One of the 3 homes that sold in the gated community of Three Sixty, one was a top floor single level condo at 12920 Central #401 that had been on the market for an astonishing 343 days before selling at $775,000.  Another was a very different story as 5419 Strand #105 sold for over list price after only 5 days on the market.  The third sale was a fairly similar 2 bedroom townhome in the row at 5355 Strand #103 that sold for $1045,000 after 12 days on the market.  That was a bit of an odd situation being sold while a tenant was in the home and would likely have sold higher under different circumstances.

One of three homes to sell in February, 5355 Strand #103 was a multi level residence 2 townhome in the Row featuring 1,680 square feet.

The home was listed by Sharon Wang & Yvaine Yang of eXp Realty of Greater Los Angeles.

The home is fairly close to the main entrance of the community so sits in a slightly busy area but far enough from El Segundo Blvd to minimize traffic noise.  The situation was a bit odd as it was being sold with a renter and with furniture and it showed somewhat with a similar home at 5419 Strand selling for about $100,000 higher (that one was a bit nicer , larger with a balcony) but it definitely shows how staging and home presentation can make a difference.

5355 Strand #103 last sold in 2018 for $845,000.

As with all of the homes and condos in Three Sixty the home enjoys the incredible resort like amenities of Three Sixty, gated living,  air conditioning and is part of the award winning Wiseburn School District.
