In what is becoming a common theme, the usually highly sought after Residence 3 layout townhome at 5441 Ocean #101 has just recently dropped the price $50K.

While this isn’t in Three Sixty, home buyers are often looking in Fusion South Bay as well given the similar locations and same school system.  While the community  and amenities are much more impressive in Three Sixty, the advantage of Fusion is the lower home prices.
