This latest singl level condo is a residence 2 floorplan in the Flats located at 13028 Central Avenue # 201 priced at $1,025,000.** 6 months ago we would have said the list price of $1,025,000 was unheard of for a 2nd floor unit but given the abundance of recent record breaking sales this may now be very appropriately priced and likely to sell quickly.
#202 priced at $925,000. 6 months ago we would have said the list price of $925,000 seemed high for a 2nd floor unit but given the abundance of recent record breaking sales and the location overlooking the park we anticipate this selling very quickly for well above this number. The condo is in very nice condition although it doesn’t have the same upgraded/updated feel of some of the more recent sales of similar units. Whereas some of the recent sales have enjoyed hardwood floors and new carpet, this home has tile floors and less customization. What it lacks in that department, it makes up for in location. The unit overlooks the park and open space and is incredible warm and bright with a nice view.

This was a very interesting layout when originally constructed as the builder ALMOST made the bedroom a completely separate area and many owners later completed the task.
