One of the newest listings on the market in 360 is a plan 2 layout in the Court townhomes.   This will be a real test to see just how crazy the market has gotten as this is priced considerably higher than even the last sale of a Court plan 2….and that was record setting.   The last one that was on the market at 5440 Pacific Terrace was priced at $1,o25,000 and wasn’t as nice….but was in a better location.  The home at 5351 Ocean is priced at a pretty stunning $1,150,000.   The home has been beautifully updated and upgraded, however, and really has a different look and feel than the original builds.   The plan 2 is a popular layout as it has 3 bedrooms each with it’s own bath….and one of them is on the ground floor.  The second floor offers all of the living spaces and as there are no bedrooms on this level the room is expansive.    The residence 2 layout in the Courts offers between 1,860 and  1,978 square feet (buyer to verify).  This home is near the entrance of the community so it is impacted a bit by road noise.  Generally speaking the homes in this side of 360 usally sell at a premium price.   As with all of the homes in Three Sixty this townhome offers air conditioning, has the incredible community amenities and is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.

While we  haven’t seen this one ourselves yet it’s hard to imagine there won’t be great demand.  13019 Park Place #402 is a top floor single level condo in The Flats with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and approximately 1,548 square feet.  Priced at $945,000 that’s a big number but given the recent market conditions it certainly appears to be priced appropriately.  We’ll post pictures if and when available.
