2021 is starting out in VERY slow fashion with no active listings since early in January. There is a bit of good news as there is a larger
townhome marked as a “coming soon” listing and due to hit the market later this month. This is a very rare unit in the “garden” which the builder only building just a few units. It’s a very large 3 bedroom 4 bath townhome layout with approximately 2,450 square feet of living space. The home last sold in 2017 for $975,000.

Hawthorne Real Estate – 2020 Year in Review
While some people believe that Three Sixty South Bay is located in El Segundo…..it’s not. It’s located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne. While it looks and feels very different it’s still part of Hawthorne and it’s helpful to keep up with the Hawthorne real estate market as a whole. 2020 was a great year for the Hawthorne real estate market, both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well as the prices. We saw 339 on market home sales for the year at at median sales price of $755,000. The average days on market was a short 24 and the average price per square foot was $515.

2018 Year in Review – 360 South Bay Real Estate Recap
What a year it was in 360 South Bay. Prices continued to skyrocket, demand never seemed to ease, and the real estate market in this
gated community just keeps getting stronger. Overall there were 45 on market home sales with an average sales price of just under $913,000 while the average list price was $900,000….meaning the norm in the community was for homes to sell over their list price….which was pretty astounding.

The lowest price sale of the year was $572,000 for an 890 foot studio in The Flats. The high price of the year was $1,300,000 for a 4 bedroom single family style home in the Terraces. The median price per foot was $548.

Home Sales and Home Prices in Three Sixty South Bay in 2017

It was a pretty stellar year for real estate in 360 South Bay with 65 on market home sales. The average sales price was $842,550 with an average list price of $835,500 which says a lot about just how hot the market was last year. Of the 65 home sales 11 were detached single family style “Terrace” homes, 30 townhomes in the Courts, Townes, Row and Garden, 23 single level condos in the Flats and one loft/townhome in the Lofts.
