Take a look below at the 29 homes that sold (on market) in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay. It was a fairly typical year in terms of the number of homes that sold, but prices were impressive to say the least.
The average listing price was $1,097,103 with the average sold price at $1,101,586. The average price per foot was $698 and homes averaged only 18 days on market before going into escrow. Incredible.

Finally a New Listing in Three Sixty – 12921 Union #107
It wasn’t too long ago that there were several homes on the market in Three Sixty and all seemed to be sitting unsold for much longer than usual. Was it a sign the market is slowing? It might be….but then all went into escrow or were pulled off of the market. There are 2 homes currently in escrow but only one still available and for sale.
We haven’t seen a new listing in Three Sixty in quite a while and until today there’s only one home for sale. 12921 Union Ave #107 just hit the market with a big price tag. A month or so ago we would not have thought this price likely but given that there’s really no homes to buy we’ll have to wait and see how it’s received.
The home is a 2x townhome floorplan in the “Townes” with one of the largest layouts in the community. Over 2,100 square feet on 3 levels with a layout that is pretty unique. The home offers a ground floor “suite” that is ideal for extended family, guests or home office/gym given it’s separation from the rest of the home. The second level is all living spaces with an open floorplan featuring open kitchen, living area and den. The remainder of the bedrooms are on the top floor.
As with most of the “Townes” the balconies all face each other so not much in the way of outdoor privacy.
