While the impact of the coronavirus will likely be felt for years to come, it has certainly had an immediate impact on the housing market.
Three Sixty hadn’t been tooi impacted at first with homes still selling quickly and for record prices, but it seems that it’s now definitely playing a role. While there were no homes for sale at times earlier this year there are now 8 and none have sold in the past 30 days.
This may not be ideal for home sellers as we had just reached beyond peak prices…..but it should certainly be good news to home buyers and this is a pretty nice time to be looking for a home due to the now high inventory, lack of competition in other buyers, and incredible interest rates.
