While this isn’t in Three Sixty, home buyers are often looking in Fusion South Bay as well given the similar locations and same school system.  While the community  and amenities are much more impressive in Three Sixty, the advantage of Fusion is the lower home prices.

Things started to pick up a bit in the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire of which Three Sixty is a part of.  There were 7 homes that sold during the month at an average price of $1,045,229.  Homes averaged a brief 36 days before going into escrow.  If you are looking for a home in the area see the current homes for sale in Hollyglen and Del Aire neighborhoods of Hawthorne.

The top sale of the month was actually a 4 bedroom freestanding home in the Terraces at Three Sixty.

If you need 4 bedrooms, 2,000+ square feet in the Wiseburn School District boundaries but are priced out of Three Sixty, the newest listinggated Marine Village townhomes in Hawthorne to hit the market nearby might be worth a look.

5439 Marine Av, Hawthorne – Just Listed at $999,824

Marine Village is one of 3 gated communities in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne.The community of Marine Village is relatively unknown but it’s been around for quite a while as the homes were built in 1994.   These attached townhomes are generally much larger than the equivalent in Fusion or Three Sixty and certainly the prices are well below similar square footage in Three Sixty.

5439 Marine offers 4 bedrooms along with 3 1/2 baths.  One of the challenges of Marine Village homes is that it is definitely multi-level living and layouts make for a lot of stairs.  The homes are spacious with almost 2,100 square feet and this one has had some updates and upgrades along the way.  Overall it’s in nice condition and like Fusion it’s in the highly sought after Wiseburn School District.  Don’t let the address scare you away as although the community address is on Marine, it’s well back from the somewhat busy street.

The amenities are limited but the complex does have a nice pool area.
