Busy, busy busy is the best way to describe the real estate market in gated Three Sixty South Bay.  Yet another home just hit the market making for far more homes in the first half of the year than in all of 2023 and 2024.

The home is listed by Leslie Weber & Tara Bucci of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Average Price of Homes Sold in Hawthorne Over $1,000,000!

The real estate market in Hawthorne  definitely picked up the pace in May with 25 homes selling compared with only 18 in April.  Three Sixty played a key role with 4 of the 25 homes located in the gated community.

The average “asking” price of the homes that closed escrow was $1,016,040 with the average sold price at $1,018,497!

The average price per foot was $720 which was also up from $681 in April.  The average days on market for homes that sold was 52 before going into escrow which was surprisingly long.

The latest home to hit the market in Three Sixty is pretty special in both the condition and the price.  Arguably the nicest Terrace home we’ve been through, the
$1,800,000 price is pretty unheard of so only time will tell if the abundance of upgraded details and finishes can push it up to that record price.

Well that didn’t take long.  After less than 2 weeks on the market and then a very short 22 day escrow, the larger 2 bed condo at 13029 Central just closed at full price.   See all of the recent home sales in Three Sixty.

This was the first time the condo has sold since it was first built.  The current owner bought for $514,000 in 2013.  The home has a pretty distinctive and unique interior with some bold colors and finishes so we thought that the seller might have some challenges but it was well priced and clearly they didn’t have any challenges.
