It wasn’t too long ago that there were several homes on the market in Three Sixty and all seemed to be sitting unsold for much longer than usual. Was it a sign the market is slowing? It might be….but then all went into escrow or were pulled off of the market. There are 2 homes currently in escrow but only one still available and for sale.

One of the lates sales in the gated community of Three Sixty at South Bay sold at a very impressive $1,650,000. It hit the market at the beginning of August listed at $1,699,000 and as we mentioned in a post, we thought it was going to be a real test to get anywhere near that number….they did and congrats to the seller and listing agents for such an impressive sale.
The former record price was $1,600,000 of a similar layout back in November 2021 which was pretty close to the peak of the frenzied market. 5240 Pacific is a beautiful Terrace plan 4 layout which is the largest floorplan offering 4 bedrooms all on the 2nd level with 2.5 bathrooms approximately 2,500 square feet.
