$837,828 with the average “sold” price at $854,422 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the asking price. Median days on market was a very short 15 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $619. 
reported back when this was listed that it would be in interesting test as to where the market could go. At the time it was priced well above the previous sale of the same layout. Not only did it not struggle with the list price, but actually sold well above the list price. The home closed escrow at a VERY impressive $1,180,000.
