First and foremost it’s one of the largest townhome layouts with over 2,100 square feet on three levels. The living room area is very large with an open concept and soaring ceilings making it feel even larger. Lastly the plan 3 has 2 spacious outdoor decks and patios which is very unlike the residence 1 and 2 layouts with very small (and not very private) patios.
The layout is unique with all three bedrooms on different levels. Pretty ideal for roomates or for long term visitors but a bit tough with younger kids as the 3 levels are pretty separated. The first level features a suite with it’s own entry making it ideal for extended family or roomates. The second level features the spacious living, dining and kitchen along with a large deck, one of three bedrooms and laundry.
