Wow….what a month it was in Three Sixty with 9 closed home sales. It was a big month and it’s been a big year. The median “list” price for the month was $875,000 and the median “sold” price was $877,000 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the list price. Given the extremely short 10 days on the market before selling, it’s clear that the demand remains strong and it’s still very much a market that favors sellers.
