New to the market as of 7/24, 12824 City Drive #107 is a nice and bright corner unit townhome in The Row. The layout is unique for 360 as
it’s the only floorplan with 3 bedrooms on 3 distinct levels with the first floor suite feeling more like in-law quarters than a 3rd bedroom. The Row plan 3 floorplan is one of the largest townhomes in all of 360 with around 2,123 square feet. This latest listing is priced at $1,120,000 which was certainly based on the last sale of the same floorplan at 5355 Strand Unit#105 which closed at the same $1,120,000. In our opinon that was a better location with a bit less road noise but it’s fairly comparable.
All of this in the wonderful gated community of 360 South Bay with resort level amenities and served by the award Wiseburn School District.

It’s been an up and down year in Three Sixty in terms of the inventory and just how many homes are on the market. There was almost nothing for sale at the beginning of the year and it seemed any new listing sold immediately. Then came the uncertainties of the coronavirus and that seemed to slow the market down quite a bit. As quickly as unsold homes started to amass just a bit we quickly saw just about everyone of those 8 homes that were listed sell. After a month of only a few homes for sale we’re once again heading the other direction with 6 homes current active and 4 sale with another several homes we’re aware of that will also be on the market (or at least for sale) in the near future.
