Keeping Up with the Real Estate Market
Things started to pick up a bit in the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire of which Three Sixty is a part of. There were 7 homes that sold during the month at an average price of $1,068,346. The average listing price was $1,017,532 meaning that homes generally sold well above the list price.
Homes averaged a VERY brief 14 days before going into escrow. None of the home sales were in Three Sixty although one of the 7 homes that sold was in the nearby gated community of Fusion South Bay.
The top sale of the month was actually a 4 bedroom freestanding home in the Terraces at Three Sixty.
