The Numbers are In – Hawthorne Home Prices in April 2022 Average Over $1.0M

It was a busy April for home, townhome and cond sales in Hawthorne with 27 closed escrows during the month.

The average “asking” price was $966,074 with the average sold price at $1,028,185 meaning that, in general, homes sold well higher than the list price. The average price per foot was $766 and a short 24 median days on market before going into pending status. 

Of the 27 home sales in April only one was in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay.  That was a 2 bedroom townhome at 5550 Boardwalk #104 that sold for $1,080,000.  Search the current homes for sale in Three Sixty.

The Only 360 Home on the Market…..Goes into Escrow

Well it doesn’t appear that 2021 is slowing down anytime soon with the only active listing in 360 South Bay going into escrow on 1/12. TheThree Sixty South Bay entry gate home was a townhome located at 5593 Palm #101 and priced at $1,089,000.  The 3x layout in the “Townes” offered 4 bedrooms plus a bonus/office/loft and approximately 1,910 square feet on three levels.  Hopefully we’ll be seeing new homes for sale in 360 coming in the near future.
