June 2017 Home Sales and Prices in 360 South Bay
June 2017 was a big month for home sales in Hawthorne and Hollyglen with a very healthy number of homes selling. Hawthorne saw 45 homes selling at a median home price of $592,000. Three Sixty at South Bay saw 3 home sales with a median price of $731,500. The three sales were quite a variety with one home being a one bedroom condo in the Flats, a 2 bedroom townhome in the Courts and a 4 bedroom single family in the Terraces. Hot Real Estate Market in 360 South Bay – Update April 18, 2017
If there was ever an indication as to just how hot a market is…this is it. We had a wave of new listings, especially in the Courts in the past two weeks. All but one of the homes is now in escrow despite the brief influx of new homes for sale. As of 4/18/2017 there 9 homes currently in escrow and only one active home for sale. That’s fairly incredible. Even more impressive is that the current average days on market for these pending home sales is a mere 8 days.
