Top Floor One Bedroom Condo in the Flats Closes at $840,000

Although it took a while to both go into escrow and eventually close escrow, the top floor one bedroom condo at 13032 Union closed escrow in November at $840,000.  The home was originally listed in June for $895,000 and after a few reductions when into escrow after 100 days on market.  The last price before going into escrow was $870,000 which was a bit tough as there was a 2 bedroom (not on the top floor however) that sold at a similar number.

Despite the amount of time it took to sell, the $840,000 is a very impressive number from a historical sense.  Although a few years back (2019) , the last one bedrooms to sell were all in the mid to high $600,000s.

We’ve mentioned the two current Three Sixty townhomes on the market but as both were listed quite a while ago there’s not much new to discuss in the community. We hope that changes in the near future.
