Take a look below at all of the homes that sold in Hawthorne CA during the month of May 2021.  It was a busy month for real estate in Hawthorne with some of the highest home prices once again being in the gated community of 360 South Bay.  Surprisingly 3 of the  home sales were in Fusion South Bay as well which has had very little on the market this year.  View the recent home sales in Three Sixty.

Hawthorne Real Estate Recap – April By the Numbers

It was another steller month for home prices in and around Three Sixty.  Hawthorne CA saw 39 closed home sales in April compared to the covid impacted April of 2020 which only saw 11 homes sell.  There were another 26 townhomes, condos and single family homes that went into escrow during the month.  The median sold price was a very impressive $884,000 and homes only averaged 16 days on market before going into escrow.  This is all great news for sellers but not so great for buyers.  Not only are homes selling for record prices but inventory can’t keep up and there were only 26 active listings copared with 50 the April of the prior year.

What a Price. 3x Townes 4 Bedroom Closes at $1,145,000 after Listing at $1,089,000
