Hawthorne Real Estate – 2020 Year in Review

While some people believe that Three Sixty South Bay is located in El Segundo…..it’s not. It’s located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne. While it looks and feels very different it’s still part of Hawthorne and it’s helpful to keep up with the Hawthorne real estate market as a whole. 2020 was a great year for the Hawthorne real estate market, both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well as the prices.  We saw 339 on market home sales for the year at at median sales price of $755,000.  The average days on market was a short 24 and the average price per square foot was $515.
