Here’s just a brief overview of what’s been happening in Three Sixty since the beginning of the year. The market was very favorable to sellers at the beginning of the year with very few listings available and strong demand. Almost every home that hit the market went into escrow quickly. That’s now changed with the impacts of the coronavirus. At the moment there are 7 homes on the market with 2 homes in escrow.

8 Homes Now for Sale in Three Sixty

While the impact of the coronavirus will likely be felt for years to come, it has certainly had an immediate impact on the housing market.  Three Sixty hadn’t been tooi impacted at first with homes still selling quickly and for record prices, but it seems that it’s now definitely playing a role.  While there were no homes for sale at times earlier this year there are now 8 and none have sold in the past 30 days.

This may not be ideal for home sellers as we had just reached beyond peak prices…..but it should certainly be good news to home buyers and this is a pretty nice time to be looking for a home due to the now high inventory, lack of competition in other buyers, and incredible interest rates.

Rare One Bedroom in the Flats Hits the Market

It’s been a while since a smaller one bedroom has hit the market in 360. They’re fairly rare as the only studio and one bedroom units are located in the Flats. These are the condo buildings in the center of the community and the majority are 2 bedrooms. 3025 is listed as a one bedroom but it’s technically a studio per the builders original design. Due to the layout some of the “bedroom” areas were enclosed by their owners making them look and feel like a one bedroom condo. View the floorplans to see the Flats residence 1 layout.
