The latest home to hit the market in Three Sixty is pretty special in both the condition and the price.  Arguably the nicest Terrace home we’ve been through, the
$1,800,000 price is pretty unheard of so only time will tell if the abundance of upgraded details and finishes can push it up to that record price.

The $1,800,000 price would be the highest of all time….by quite a bit.  The highest sale in the community was $1,625,000 for 5240 Pacific Terrace that sold in 2022.

2023 Three Sixty Real Estate Market Year in Review

2023 was a very slow year for home sales in Three Sixty. The year started off with very little inventory and high demand. Few listings meant few sales. The market stayed slow until towards the end of the year where there were a few listings, but seemingly little demand. Even with the higher interest rates this was still a surprise as homes tended to sit on the market for longer, and sold for quite a bit less than during the peak summer months. The average price of the homes that sold was $1,094,846 and homes averaged 48 days on market before selling.

According to top Three Sixty realtor Keith Kyle with Vista Sotheby’s, 2023 marked the fewest number of homes that sold since the community was started.  The previous low was 16 homes in 2013 when construction of the homes was just beginning.

Hawthorne Home Sales in August

It was a great month for home sales in Hawthorne CA with 32 on market home sales. The average list price was $812,769 with the average sales price of $842,786. Homes averaged only 11 days on market before going into escrow.
