We’re often asked “how’s the market” and we’re not sure how best to answer that when there basically is no real estate market. In both 360 and Fusion South Bay there are ZERO homes for sale (as of 2/19/20) and it’s now been that way for a while. The longer there’s nothing on the market the more the demand will grow and most buyers simply won’t be able to compete with the trickle of homes that come on the market.
360 South Bay is a unique real estate market as it seems to come in waves with not enough listings on the market and then too many homes on the market. If you’re a seller timing is critical and the same goes for buyers…just on the opposite end of the spectrum.
We’re hopeful we’ll start seeing some new listings come on the market so that eager home buyers looking to get into this great neighborhood may get a chance.
It seems like eons ago when the entrances to the community were covered in open house signs and homes seemed to sit for a while. That’s certainly not the case so far in 2020.
