neighborhood of Hollyglen and serviced by the award winning Wiseburn School District. On that note it’s great to see what the rest of the Hollyglen/Del Aire real estate market is doing. It was a great month for the real estate market of Hollyglen and Del Aire in 
2 years to see more than 1 or 2 homes for sale at a time….and they generally sell very quickly. Of the 6 homes currently on the market 5 are single level condos in the buildings known as The Flats while the other is a 3 level townhome in the Courts. All of the condos are 2 bedroom units that vary in layout and size and the townhome is a 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath. Take a look below and click on the photos or addresses for more information.

This was a very interesting layout when originally constructed as the builder ALMOST made the bedroom a completely separate area and many owners later completed the task. Some have put in a slider wall and in this case a 3/4 wall separating it but not completely. It’s a nice sized unit and really does feel more like a 1 bedroom than what you would think of as a “studio”. Listed at $875,000 the condo last sold less than a year ago for $672,554 which was a big number at the time, but the market has jumped significantly even since then.
