5550 Strand #106 Sets New Record Sales Price at $960,000
While we’re not sure what the current Covid 19 situation will do to the real estate market in 360, there’s no doubt that things have been fairly
incredible from a real estate perspective up until this point. The recent sale of 5550 Strand #106 is a great example. This home sold at $960,000 which would have been unheard of a year ago. This was a residence 3 in the Townes. Another big sale just recently happened at $940,000 but prior to that the highest prices had been $910,000 and $900,000.
