Hawthorne CA had a great month for home sales.  There were 41 properties sold during the month which was the 2nd straight month of 40

9 Closed Home Sales In September

Wow….what a month it was in Three Sixty with 9 closed home sales.  It was a big month and it’s been a big year.   The median “list” price for the month was $875,000 and the median “sold” price was $877,000 meaning that homes generally sold higher than the list price. Given the extremely short 10 days on the market before selling, it’s clear that the demand remains strong and it’s still very much a market that favors sellers.

Hollyglen Property Sales and Home Prices for September

The community of Three Sixty South Bay sits in the Hollyglen neighborhood, which is certainly the most sought after pocket of Hawthorne.

Welcome to 360

One of the reasons for this high demand is that the area is served by the award winning Wiseburn School District.

September was a big mohth for home sales in Hollyglen..  Overall there were 18 total home sales during the month which is a pretty big number.  The median list price was $859,500 with the median sold price of $852,500. 9 of the closed home sales were in the gated community of 360 South Bay.

The average days on market before selling was only 11 indicating huge demand and a definite “seller’s” market.
